Person Specification Candidates for this role will be able to demonstrate experience of operating proficiently in the Compliance function of a major international firm. A key attribute for the individual will be the requirement to have solid technical knowledge and the ability to work in an agile manner. They will have experience with building relationships with key stakeholders to execute required changes / business as usual activities. The candidate will have the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and be capable of performing as an individual contributor. The individual will have the ability to influence key stakeholders to influence change. The candidate will possess a working knowledge of the regulatory landscape and an understanding of what constitutes an appropriate Compliance framework. Candidates will also demonstrate strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and the ability to communicate clearly. They will adaptive to changing circumstances, deadline oriented, and respond well to pressure in an up-tempo work environment.
