Client Service Representative I (Bi-lingual Spanish/English) Summary: As a Client Center Representative I, you will be communicating with clients, internal and external business partners and will be required to answer questions, assist with and resolve issues for all clients. Candidates should be dynamic and ambitious individuals excited to interact with our clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Inbound/outbound contacts from all clients and assisting the client using skills learned during on-the-job training. Learn main aspects of other internal departments gaining knowledge to better enhance the clients experience. Communicate with supervisor to drive user experience and client resolution. Professionally handle client escalation issues when required. Qualifications: Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Capable of working in fast paced team environment.Ability to interact clearly with a vast client base on all socioeconomic levels.
