We Offer Prime Margin Services a leading Global Prime Broker providing margining and cash processing services across multiple products. The Prime Margin Services team provides support services for the Prime Brokerage business. One of the team's primary responsibilities is the issuance of client margin calls. Team members work closely with Prime Services Risk Management to ensure that client accounts are margined appropriately. Further, the Margin team is responsible for authorizing all non-trade asset movements based on the client's current cash availability to minimize potential firm exposure. These responsibilities include ensuring there is sufficient margin excess when the client requests a withdrawal of cash or securities from their account. Day to day responsibilities include but may not be limited to reviewing and approving outgoing customer payments from margin and/or cash accounts, reviewing and approving outgoing customer collateral deliveries from margin and/or cash accounts, reviewing and issuing margin calls based on US Regulations (Federal Reserve Board Regulation T, FINRA Rule 4210 (includes both risk based approach under Portfolio Margin rules and strategy based margining), house margin policies (including strategy and risk based margin), and Prime Brokerage Enhanced leverage platforms. Core responsibilities include: ? Management of core collateral functions, including margin calls, collateral booking, reconciliations, interest processing, payment processing. This includes Prime Brokerage Margin and payment processing in support of those disciplines ? Produce & evaluate MI to support operational process. Maintaining adequate operational processes and controls. Maintain regular control meetings collaborating with Front and Back Offices ? Relationship management - build and manage relationships with front office and back office. ? Collaboration - interface with other divisions, in particular Prime Services Risk and Prime Services CSR's in implementing standards and processes to support effective management of counterparty exposure. Maintain regular business partner meetings. ? Contribute to systems development, testing and integration with Prime Services Business Development as the Front Office builds out its infrastructure, and as Operations enhances/replaces its legacy systems. ? Liaise with internal audit, operations risk and control, and external auditors and regulators Credit Suisse maintains a Working Flexibility Policy, subject to the terms as set forth in the Credit Suisse United States Employment Handbook. You Offer At least 1 year of relevant margin operations experience. Understanding of Regulatory rules and regulations; Regulation T and Portfolio Margin. Knowledge of Equity , Fixed income and option product lines. Ability to work on multiple project initiatives. Inter-personal skills. High level of customer service.
