The Referral Specialist is responsible for driving business from referrals, through promotion and awareness to concierge, non-hotel concierge, valet, bellman, and others.
Specific Job Requirements:
Achieve guest count targets weekly, by period and quarterly.
Thrive in a fast-paced, customer centric environment.
Have at least 2 years of experience in a hospitality role or a similar environment.
Strong competence in Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Must be proficient in English.
Must have excellent organization skills and be able to prioritize tasks accordingly.
Must have a high level of endurance.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule- including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
Referral Specialist Responsibilities:
Lead the sales program as it relates to referrals from Concierge, Valet, Bellman, non-hotel concierge and other avenues.
Acquire extensive knowledge of our program and our restaurant.Be able to accurately and clearly convey the information to qualified referrers.This includes, but is not limited to, making reservations, providing directional assistance and helping book larger groups.
Always welcome guests and referrers with a smile and positive enthusiasm.Be attentive and always prepared to provide immediate bookings.
Keep an accurate count of visitor traffic and service requests for reporting.
Assist with the execution of marketing and events targeting referrers as needed.
Coordinate/communicate efforts between referrers, management, marketing and team.
Miscellaneous operational duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
