The Corporate Receptionist provides administrative and professional support to all departments within the Highgate New York Corporate Office.

  • Greet and direct all guests
  • Answer multi-line telephone system, screen and direct calls in accordance with Highgate Standards, take & rely to messages
  • Manage meeting room calendar
  • Order supplies, stock and replenish office pantry
  • Liaison with Housekeeping & Engineering for daily office maintenance
  • Create and track messenger requests
  • Create UPS & Fedex labels
  • Order & Set up catering for meetings/working lunches
  • Run errands as needed
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • High School diploma
  • Receptionist, Administrative, and/or HR experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
  • Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous manner.
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.
  • Must be able to show initiative.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.
