Job Description

What will I be doing?

As an In House Marketing Representative you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Distribute approved promotional information and incentives to guests that are Owners, RCI Exchangers, and Renters that meet eligibility qualifications determined by Marketing management.
Generates leads and books qualified timeshare sales presentations for prospective Hilton Grand Vacations Owners, Club Members and other qualified customers at property locations.
Provides customer/concierge services to all guests projecting a professional company image.
Assist in the implementation and tracking of current and future marketing programs.

In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions:
Conducts pre-arrival calls to owners, renters and exchangers.
Ensures guests meet minimum eligibility for gifts as provided or promotes a courtesy tour.
Completes required paperwork accurately and completely for each tour.
Confirms appointments with guests to ensure tour reservations and maximize show rate.
Provides location related guest service to resort guests and visitors, including directing guests to responsible resort services for specific assistance or information.
Distributes only HGVC authorized information, collateral and materials. Maintains location operating standards
Reviews production reports and notifies manager of any challenges.
Follows gifting procedures to ensure costs are met monthly.
Contacts appropriate management with any guest issues.
Checks availability as to not overbook tour waves.
Carries out all other reasonable requests by management of which one is capable of performing

The ideal candidate must have at least 1-2 years of face to face consumer sales/marketing experience
Excellent interpersonal and guest relations skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and balance priorities.
Ability to accept rejection in a proactive manner
