What will I be doing?

A Showcase Team Lead is responsible for presenting the HGV portfolio of products to assigned tours and assisting the Sales Management Team in closing sales and meeting sales goals. The Team Lead will serve as the main point of contact for resort guests and visitors to receive information on how to contact the HGV Sales department as well as participate in HGV Resort Promotions. The Team Lead will provide and distribute authorized marketing material and information to promote the HGV product. Additional responsibilities will include supporting marketing promotional activities, attending social functions and interacting with guests.

Duties Include:

Assists with closing deals for Sales Executives
Provide proactive support to Sales Executives in the closing process allowing for their abilities to develop in closing process
Ensure professionalism and excellence in podium presentation and podium material
Responsible for driving sales results
Maintain the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with fellow team members, management, owners, members and prospects
Support and coordinate with the Training Department and Learning & Development regarding curriculum, methods of presentations, and product knowledge
Assist in managing, training and development of Showcase Presenters
Perform additional duties as requested by Sales Management (i.e. morning meetings, training, etc.)
Assist the Director of Sales as needed

At least 5 years of "branded" timeshare sales experience
At least 2 years of previous closing experience within timeshare sales
An ability and sophistication to communicate and relate to both those that live the dream and those that aspire to live it
Excellent interpersonal and guest relations skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule

NY Hilton Club Sales experience highly preferred
Previous public speaking experience
Previous TO experience preferred
Previous training and/or coaching experience
