The Receptionist is responsible for the administration and physical appearance of the front office as well as maintaining a professional work environment.

  • Answer incoming calls and route to the appropriate party
  • Greet and announce arrival of visitors
  • Maintain a neat and orderly front office
  • Order office and beverage supplies
  • Process invoices from supply orders
  • Maintain and stock kitchen and boardroom with beverages and supplies
  • Sort incoming mail and prepare outgoing deliveries
  • Assist other departments with filing

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a front office environment
  • College education preferred
  • Strong computer skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Outgoing personality
  • Excellent communications skill
  • Proper telephone etiquette essential
