Responsibilities

  • Manage existing accounts and develop new business in financial industry through cold calling, a generous expense account to have lunches & other networking events with clients and prospects, and build relationships with existing consultants
  • Build long lasting successful relationships with the industry leading companies, agencies, and brands by consistently delivering top talent and unsurpassed customer service
  • Collaborate with your colleagues to expand your existing business within individual accounts
  • Partner with our recruiters and serve as a business professional who is in control of client relationships has strong knowledge of financial job descriptions and can provide quality information to recruiters on the skills and experience required for job requisitions.
  • Manage client relationships at the executive level in conjunction with MJT leadership, keeping our company in good standing with clients.
  • Negotiate favorable agreements, including favorable payment terms and recruiting fees.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5-year experience in Outside Sales/Account Management with a Financial Staffing focus and demonstrated success generating revenue and account penetration
  • Must have experience in an agency environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Be familiar with Microsoft Word
  • Be available to work before/after typical office hours as work may demand
  • Experience in service-oriented role dealing directly with the public focused on their needs
  • Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast paced sales environment and be capable of regularly using analytical skills and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements while working with other team members
