Job Description The Boeing facility in Heath, Ohio, has an opportunity for a Quality Multi-Family Manager supporting the Strategic Deterrence Systems (SDS) Sustainment workloads for Boeing Defense, Space, and Security (BDS). Position Responsibilities : o Performs management activities across multiple Quality Management Job Families. o Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies. Communicates policies and directives to enhance employee awareness and clarify expectations. o Develops workgroup, project or operational goals, objectives and related metrics to ensure alignment with Company vision/strategy. o Provides education and coaching on the Quality System. o Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements. o Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports. o Coaches, counsels, mentors and provides developmental opportunities and job assignments to enhance employee performance and expand capabilities. Provides on-going developmental feedback. Recognizes contributions of individuals and teams to improve employee satisfaction and retain a skilled and motivated workforce. o Keeps others informed by communicating program or project status, conducting and participating in team meetings, providing presentations and listening to employee concerns and suggestions. Implements strategies to improve open and honest communication within the department. o Identifies opportunities to improve work-related products and processes within own workgroup, project or process. Ensures workgroup products or processes meet customer, company, quality, industry and regulatory requirements. Engages and empowers employees to make process improvements. o Achieves goals for productivity, quality and customer satisfaction. o Measures progress, making adjustments as needed. Holds direct reports accountable for achieving goals. o Creates a culture of continuous improvement by communicating/deploying enterprise best practices and employee engagement to improve cost, quality, delivery, employee job satisfaction and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Work Authorization : This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship US - Ability to obtain Interim and/or Final Clearances (Post Start) Basic Qualifications (Required): o Minimum of 3 years of experience performing in a leadership role o Minimum of 5 years of experience within Quality Organization o Experience working with quality systems (e.g., Boeing Quality Management System (BQMS), International Organization for Standardization (ISO9001), Aerospace Standard (AS91001)) o Experience developing and maintaining close customer relationships Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience): o Bachelor's degree or higher o More than 3 years of experience developing root cause corrective actions o More than 3 year of experience in leading and/or managing complex projects o Strong communications and interpersonal skills are critical, while also building positive relationships in and out of the organization o Experience leading a Quality organization/group o Experience providing input on the development of departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives and related metrics to ensure alignment with Company vision/strategySalary Range: NAMinimum Qualification5 - 7 years
