6 month contract to hire
Description: Responsible for providing primary administrative support to licensed personal lines agents. Managing department work intake by sorting, scanning, and routing both incoming mail and electronic correspondence, organizing policy paper, and handling assigned policy/agency tasks. Comfortable adjusting priorities throughout the day based on department needs or those of their teammates. Accountable for quality and productivity standards to support department service targets. Dependable, organized, and regularly communicate with colleagues on shared work distribution to effectively prioritize work and complete tasks within outlined expectations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel (1-3 years). Experience using Adobe and scanning technology preferred. Insurance agency experience a plus. GED or High School Diploma
